New Delhi: Three bills relating to agriculture have been passed in loksabha amidst heavy uproar by the opposition, the agriculture bills have been passed in the Rajya Sabha through a voice vote. After which PM Modi tweeted that "Today is a big day in India's agricultural history. I congratulate my hardworking donors on the passage of important bills in Parliament. It will not only bring about a paradigm shift in the agriculture sector, but it will empower crores of farmers. ''

He further said that for decades, our farmer brothers and sisters were in a variety of shackles and had to face middlemen. The bills passed in Parliament have given the most freedom to the donors. This will give impetus to the efforts to double the income of the farmers and ensure their prosperity. In another tweet, PM Modi said, "The agricultural sector is in urgent need of the latest technology as it will help the hardworking farmers. Now, with these bills, the reach of our farmers will be easier to future technology. This will not only increase the yield but also bring better results. This is a welcome step. '

He said that I have already said and once again says: MSP system will continue.  Government procurement will continue. We are here to serve our farmers. We will do everything possible to help the donors and ensure a better life for their future generations.
