Dehradun: In the midst of the Ukraine-Russia war, the Central Government has launched Operation Ganga to bring back Indian citizens trapped in Ukraine. 4 ministers of the central government are overseeing this entire campaign. Under this campaign, more than 6 thousand Indian citizens, most of them students, have reached India.
According to the Ministry of External Affairs, more than 18 thousand students have left the border of Ukraine and have reached neighboring countries of Ukraine where the Indian Embassy officials present are monitoring them and making arrangements to send them back to India. Among these students who returned to India, Javed Alam and Arsh Malik, when they reached their homes, tears came out of their eyes and started praying for the Modi government.
Arsh Malik and Javed Alam, residents of Preet Vihar, Rudrapur in Uttarakhand, returned home on Thursday. Four students of the district reached here in a taxi from Delhi. In this one student is from Kashipur and one from Haldwani. On reaching home, the family members of Javed Alam and Arsh Malik wholeheartedly thanked the efforts made by the Government of India. He got emotional and told that if Modi is there then it is possible.
