Nagina CO Sumit Shukla said, "On January 9, a trust named 'Al Faizan Muslim Fund Limited' had received information about many people fleeing with their money. The main accused, Mohammad Faiji, came back from Saudi Arabia and was arrested at the Jaipur airport, as we had already issued a look-out circular. There has been a large scale scam by it. Legal action is being taken against him. There are currently four people in total. One of them is his sister and two others are. One of his associates has already been sent to jail. The others will be arrested soon.''

Let us know that the accused Mohammad Faiji, a resident of Mohalla Lal Sarai in Nagina, had been running the Muslim fund for the last five years. He used to ask people to deposit money according to Sharia law. Let me tell you that, according to Sharia law, the interest is haram. Due to this, many Muslims had deposited their money with Faiji. Media reports said Faiji had sold his house in Nagina and fled abroad. On January 15, 2022, during a search of Faiji's office, police found banners of Bank of Baroda. Bank of Baroda's Customer Care Board was also found outside the office. 170 people complained against him.

Let us tell you that according to Islamic law Sharia, it is un-Islamic to earn interest on deposits. Because of this, many Muslim families do not deposit money in banks. These people are looking for institutions that are interest-free. In the name of providing this facility, some private institutions are active. These are called Muslim Fund Banks. ┬а┬а
