Chandigarh: The SIT has filed a charge sheet in the Nikita Tomar murder case in Ballabhgarh, Faridabad, Haryana. After the charge sheet has been filed, the Faridabad Police has written a letter to the District Court. The police have written a letter to the court, requesting to run the case in the fast track court in view of the sensitivity of the case. The Faridabad Police has told the court that this is a very serious crime against the woman. This incident has been carried out right outside the college.

Police argue that a trial in the fast track is necessary to restore confidence in the people, instil fear in the criminals, and provide justice to the victim's family. The SIT has filed a charge sheet in the Nikita Tomar murder case in Ballabhgarh, Faridabad. SIT was formed to investigate the matter, which filed a charge sheet in 11 days. The SIT filed a 700-page charge sheet at the facilitation centre of the Faridabad district court at around 1:00 pm on Friday afternoon.

The Faridabad Police on Friday filed a charge sheet of about 700 pages in this case. The statements of 60 witnesses have also been recorded in this. The SIT has prepared a charge sheet in 11 days. Digital forensics and material evidence have been included in the charge sheet so that the investigation remains firm.
