Jamshedpur: Police arrested a notorious criminal and his four friends from Jamshedpur city of Jharkhand on Tuesday. Notorious convict Sajjad Alis Tada (50) had made a deadly attack on a big businessman of the city some time back. SSP Tamil Venon said that apart from Jharkhand, criminal cases are also registered against Sajjad in Odisha and Andhra Pradesh.

The same police have also seized a pistol, 20 grams of explosives and two motorcycles. According to the police, on December 23, an attempt was made to kill the land dealer Ganesh Singh by throwing a bomb, but he survived the attack. Due to investigation, it was found that this attack was done in the dispute of business and for this some people were hired.

The same police have confirmed the involvement of 11 persons in this case and have arrested 5 persons so far. At present, police raids are on to trace the other persons. The investigation of the case is being done continuously by the same police.
