Police raided different spa centers and hotels in the city. This operation was carried out by 6 teams. Who disclosed the body trade going on in the spa center and hotel located in police station Telibandha, Golbazar and Amanaka. In this, 7 operators including a woman were arrested. Along with this, 20 women involved in prostitution have been arrested, whose statements are being recorded.
For the past few days, complaints of prostitution in some spa centers and hotels were being received by the police. On this the police swung into action and 6 teams were formed on Sunday, which were sent to raid different areas. Due to this, the police arrested Hitesh Chauhan, the director of Buddha Spa Center located in front of Marine Drive in police station Telibandha area. Then arrested Mannu Soni, director of Moksha Spa Center in Babylon Tower B Block. From here, 12 women involved in prostitution were also caught, whose statements were recorded by taking them to the police station. Along with this, Ashok Tandi, the manager of the hotel host, was arrested and a mobile phone was recovered from his possession in Golbazar police station area. Along with this, 6 women involved in prostitution were arrested.
At the same time, the female manager of Hotel Cape Town located in Udaya Society in Thana Amanaka area was arrested. From here also two women involved in prostitution were caught. Umesh Bhoi, manager of Hotel Ellora located in Thana Ganj area, was arrested and two mobile phones were recovered from his possession. Along with this, 1 woman involved in prostitution was also arrested. Not only this, Pradeep Dindia, the operator of Roja Spa, was arrested in Maudhapara police station area and action was taken against the culprit for operating a spa without license in the second floor of Hanuman Mandir Sai Apartment. The police have registered a case against the criminals under relevant sections. This entire action has been confirmed by ASP City Abhishek Maheshwari. On the other hand, the people of the area were shocked when these cases were revealed.
