Bahujan Samaj Party chief Mayawati, who was in the politics of buses in Uttar Pradesh amid the Corona transition and the lockdown to take migrant workers to their homes, accused both parties of abetting politics while posing in the BJP box. The BSP chief has given the advice that if there are buses then first they should help the states. She expressed suspicion that the BJP and Congress are doing politics simply by mutual involvement so as to divert attention from the issue of Corona tragedy. She said that the BSP is engaged in helping the migrant labourers without any publicity.

In her statement, BSP Chief Mayawati on Wednesday tweeted in a series of tweets saying that the way abusive politics is being done by BJP and Congress especially in the name of sending migrant workers home for the last several days, it is very unfortunate. Is this the case that these parties are paying attention to their tragedy by accusing each other with mutual connivance?

Apart from this, Mayawati further said that if it is not so, then the BSP says that instead of obstructing the Congress from helping labour migrants send them home by buses, take their tickets and help them in sending to their homes by trains. If needed, it would be more appropriate and correct. She said that 'keeping in mind all these things, the people of BSP have helped them in every way at every level in the whole country, not by getting involved in the propagation and dissemination according to their ability. Like BJP and Congress party, no abusive politics has been done under the guise of their help.
