Pawan Kalyan publicly attacked YS Jagan Mohan Reddy and the Andhra Pradesh government's position on regulating the Telugu cinema industry at the Republic pre-release event. While a few actors, like as Nani and Kartikeya Gummakonda, have spoken out in favour of PK, the majority of the cast has remained silent. On Monday, Posani Krishna Murali held a news conference in which he criticized Pawan Kalyan for his heated comments.

Posani questioned Pawan Kalyan's behaviour and the inappropriate language he used at the last event, admitting that whatever he stated was correct. "Chiranjeevi Garu never crossed the line and he always used the right words to express his views. But, it is not good on the part of Pawan Kalyan to criticize the Ministers and use objectionable language against them," said Posani.

Pawan Kalyan was also given a task by Posani Krishna Murali. "Through your film dialogues, you claim to have a great deal of regard for women. We've assigned you a task. Please do it," Posani remarked in response to an issue about a Punjabi actress who was duped by a Telugu film industry bigwig. "There's a girl from Punjab who came to the Telugu Film Industry with big ambitions. She aspired to be a superheroine. A powerful figure in the field offered her a new career, spent time with her, and even made her pregnant. He impregnated her and later forced her to get aborted,” said Posani Krishna Murali who wants Pawan Kalyan to look into the matter. He even asked Pawan Kalyan if he has the guts to demand a CBI enquiry on her betrayal. 

Posani didn't mention any names throughout his statement, leaving it up to Pawan Kalyan to better understand the situation. Pawan Kalyan's speech has sparked a controversy in political circles and is not ending anytime soon.
