Prabhas, who is going to turn 40 this year, might be one of the most eligible bachelors from the South industry. Thus, like Salman Khan in Bollywood, marriage rumors have followed this actor like his own shadow now. In a bid to turn reel to real, fans have been wishing for Prabhas’s hook up with the female protagonist of the movie, ‘Anushka Shetty’. Yet, the pair put these speculations to rest and confirmed that they are just ‘good friends’.

It was however rumored that Prabhas was dating Anushka Shetty, his friend from long 11 years. While neither of them opens up about their relationship status and maintain that they are ‘just friends’, there have been more than one occasions when one person has come to another’s rescue. In fact, their fans too want the two to get married.

Earlier there were some rumors that Prabhas would marry Chiranjeevi's niece Niharika Konidela. However, there was no development on that. On the other hand, Prabhas’s uncle Krishnamraju told the media that the Baahubali actor would announce his marriage plans after  Saaho’s release. But is it really happening? Because we have been hearing about it for a long, long time now! It is said that Prabhas is making the decision as his mother wants him to marry soon.
