Ingredients of cheese roll: six pieces bread, one cup cheese, one spoon of ginger-garlic paste, four cube cheese, one quarter teaspoon of Kashmiri red chilli powder, one fourth teaspoon of cumin powder, garam masala, tomato sauce, mango powder, coriander Leaves, salt as per taste, green chutney, ghee or oil two to three teaspoons

Method of preparation: It is very easy to make paneer rolls. It will be liked by children to the elders. To make it, put oil or butter in a pan and fry onions. Then add fried paneer and all the ingredients and spices and fry it well and prepare a good mixer. Now cut all the edges of the bread. Roll these breads flat with the help of a rolling pin. Now spread the green bread on the rolled bread with the help of a spoon. Then fill the mixture of paneer in it and roll it by setting with hands. In the last, paste the edge with water. Heat a pan on the gas. Then add butter or oil to it and bake a roll made of bread on medium heat. After baking both sides until golden, serve with hot green chutney.
