Ujjain: The President of India, Ram Nath Kovind will visit Ujjain on May 29. They will visit Mahakaleshwar here. Kalidasa will participate in the Maha-Adhiveshan of Ayurveda to be held in the academy complex. Preparations for their arrival have been made on a war footing. The entire city has been decorated and the Mahakal temple has also been decorated. The sanctum sanctorum will be decorated with mogra flowers. According to reports, President Ram Nath Kovind will reach Ujjain at 10 am on May 29. He will attend the All India Ayurveda Conference at Kalidas Academy. They will stay there for about one and a half hours, after which, they will go for the visit of Lord Mahakal. It has also been reported that his wife will be with the President.  

Madhya Pradesh Governor Mangubhai Patel, CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan, AYUSH Minister, Government of India Sarbanand Sonowal, AYUSH Minister, Madhya Pradesh Government Ramkishore Kavre, Ujjain MP MLA and people's representatives will attend the function. All preparations have been completed by the officers for the arrival of the President. The police administration on Saturday held rehearsals for the security of President Ram Nath Kovind before his arrival in Ujjain. Due to this, senior officers were present. 1,700 police personnel have been deployed for the security of the President. Along with the decoration of Mahakal temple, the city has also been decorated. President Ram Nath Kovind is coming to Ujjain for the first time. Full care is also being taken to ensure that there is no inconvenience during his Mahakal temple visit.

Three vehicles will be identical in the President's carcade and all the three vehicles will go to Juna Mahakal of the temple complex. SP Satyendra Shukla said that security has been beefed up for the arrival of the President. The route of about 3 km from the arrival of the President has been declared a No Flying Zone. More than 1700 officers and employees of district administration, police administration and other departments have been deployed. In view of the arrival of the President, the police administration has also done checking of hotels and Dharamshalas for security. The whole city is decorated for the arrival of the President. The road from where the President will leave has been rebuilt.
