Riyadh: Khalid Al-Falih, the Saudi minister for investments, was welcomed by Kenyan President Uhuru Kenyatta on Thursday at the Presidential Palace in Nairobi, according to Saudi Press Agency.
In conjunction with the Kenya-Saudi Business Forum, Al-Falih and Kenyatta had a meeting.
King Salman and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman's greetings were delivered at the reception by Al Falih.According to SPA, they discussed the bilateral ties between the two nations, potential areas of cooperation, strategies for boosting investment opportunities, and how the forum might support additional investments in the future.

The forum emphasised the significance of fortifying cooperative economic ties in the banking, construction, energy, tourism, agriculture, and technology sectors.

Ahmed Kattan, the adviser to the Saudi Royal Court, met with Ruto on Friday and promised his nation's complete support for the Kingdom's bid to host Expo 2030 in Riyadh.
On behalf of the Saudi government, Kattan expressed gratitude and appreciation for this act, which "emanates from the distinguished relations between the two countries," according to SPA.

Kenya had previously supported the Kingdom's bid to host Expo 2030 during a meeting with Kattan under former President Uhuru Kenyatta last year.
