Ahemdabad:Following the invitation of Congress leader and Rajya Sabha member Ahmed Patel,President Pranab Mukherjee on October 23 will enter in Gujarat to inaugurate a hospital at Ankleshwar in Bharuch district .

The Leader of Opposition in Assembly Shankersinh Vaghela announced on Tuesday that, the President will also be present at an event at Bapu Gujarat Knowledge Village.

"President Pranab Mukherjee has accepted the invitation by Ahmed Patel and agreed to inaugurate Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Hospital at Ankleshwar on October 23," Vaghela said.

Leader further added, "Later in the afternoon, he will attend the guest lecture series and award function as the chief guest at my institute at Gandhinagar. Gujarat Governor O P Kohli would also remain present" .
