PM Modi speaks on national education policy at Governors' Conference

President Ram Nath Kovind and Prime Minister Narendra Modi attended the Conference of Governors on The New Education Policy today. You all would know that the new education policy has been announced by the government in the past and the same is still being discussed.  In his address today, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said, "The country's goals can be met through education policy and order." In the meantime, he talked about the new education policy.

"The formulation of this policy was talked to millions of people, including student-teacher-parents. Today, everyone is looking at these policies, the suggestions that people wanted to see. Now, there is a dialogue on how to implement the new education policy in the country in the country, it is necessary because it is to build a 21st century India," wrote a tweet from his Twitter, "The National Education Policy has made our truly democratic values a part of our education without any pressure, without any lack and without impact. In his address, the Prime Minister said, "Today, as the world is discussing jobs, education will be a skill-making policy. The policy will fulfil the mission of New India and self-reliant India. For a long time, there was a demand that children were being buried in bags and board exams, so this difficulty has been reduced.

In addition, PM Modi also said, "There will be good campuses in the country, which will reduce efforts to study outside. It has also been tried to promote online studies. As foreign policy is not of a government but of a country, this education policy is not a government but an education policy of the country. The new education policy focuses on learning rather than reading, and emphasizes in-depth thinking beyond curriculum. This policy emphasizes passion, pragmatism and performance more than the process," he said.

In fact, the Prime Minister wrote in a tweet, "At 10:30 a.m. on September 7, I will attend a conference with the President, Governors and Vice Chancellors of Universities on the National Education Policy 2020 and its transformative impact. The salvation from this conference will strengthen our efforts to make India a centre of knowledge."
