Kochi: 96-year-old Karthiani Amma and Bhagirathi Amma, 105, from Kerala will be honored with the 'Nari Shakti Puraskar 2019'. This honor will be conferred by President Ram Nath Kovind on 8 March. Karthiyani Amma topped the examination conducted under the Akshalakshyam literacy program in Kerala by bringing 98 percent. Amma has never been to school. Still, she topped at surprise the people.
