Banswara: In Rajasthan's Banswara district, the ACB team has caught the head constable Madan Singh Chauhan posted at Danpur police station red-handed taking a bribe of Rs 5000. The head constable is demanding a bribe to clear the case filed against the complainant. 10 thousand rupees were given to Madan Singh by the first complainant, after which he was asking for more money.

ACB in-charge Madho Singh Sodha has told that the complainant Subhash and Walchand came to the ACB office and gave a complaint that a case of eradication of girl was registered against the complainant Subhash at Anandpuri police station, the investigation of which was handed over to Head Constable Madan Singh Chauhan.

Head Constable Madan Singh demanded 30 thousand in lieu of dismissing the case from the complainant and took 10 thousand from the complainant. Even after this, he repeatedly demanded money from the complainant. After that Madan was transferred to Danpur police station, after which he kept asking for money from the complainant. The ACB team got the case verified and on Wednesday, taking a bribe of 5000 rupees, arrested the red-handed police station.
