Deepa Shah, a female beneficiary at the center in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, thanked the Prime Minister and got emotional. She wept while talking to the Prime Minister. She said, "In 2011 I became paralyzed. Medicines used to be very expensive. Due to Janushadhi Center, I got cheap medicines, due to which I was able to recover. These medicines used to come to the market of 5000, which now comes to 1500, I run my expenses with the remaining money and eat the fruit. I did not see God and saw you as God. Thank you very much."

In her statement, she further said, "Chief Minister has helped me a lot and people have also helped. I was answered by the doctor, but I am recovering from your blessings and your speech. You said that you are getting generic medicines at a low price and you are recovering."
