Lucknow: The UP government has allowed private schools to increase fees. However, the order issued by the government said that the annual fee should not be increased by more than 5 per cent. It should be noted that earlier due to Corona, there was a ban on increasing the fees. 

The letter issued by the state government has now stated that due to the problems and problems caused by corona, the lockdown was declared, in which the parents of the students started facing problems in employment and were facing difficulty in depositing the fees in the schools.

Due to this, for the first time in the public interest, instructions were given not to increase the fees in educational institutions. But now the cases of corona infection are decreasing and the situation is returning to normal, so the fees can be increased. However, the letter issued by the government said that the annual fee should not be increased by more than 5 per cent. At the same time, if a student, parent, teacher or association is not satisfied with regard to the school fees, it can file its complaint before the District Fee Regulatory Committee under Section 8 of the Act, 2018. The district school inspector of the district and the divisional joint director in the committee have been instructed to increase the fees as per the orders and not to increase the tax fee beyond the orders.
