New Delhi: Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi will meet the families of those killed in violence in UP against the Citizenship Amendment Act. For this, she left for Meerut. Former party president Rahul Gandhi has also accompanied her. Meanwhile, UP Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya has attacked the opposition parties on the CAA issue. He accused Congress that Congress does not want peace and harmony in the country.

Shrikant Sharma, a minister in the UP government and a spokesperson of the state government, accused the opposition of misleading the public.

With this, the leaders of the party resolved to protect the Constitution.
