New Delhi: Former Finance Minister P. Chidambaram has been asked to take up the issue in the INX media case. Congress has targeted at the action of the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and the Enforcement Directorate (ED). On the other hand, Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra has said that we stand with him (Chidambaram) and continue to fight for the truth, irrespective of the outcome.

Priyanka Gandhi further said, "P. Chidambaram served our country with allegiance for decades as Finance Minister and Home Minister. This highlight the failures of the Modi Government and which this cowardly government does not like, so he is being targeted embarrassingly," she said.

As for the live updates, former Finance Minister P. Chidambaram is currently in the position of the chief minister. The CBI team is stationed at Chidambaram's house and the matter will be heard in SC at 10.30 am today. Chidambaram is said to be arrested in the case. The CBI and ED can arrest him. According to the sources, he is accused of taking bribes in the case and was not granted interim bail by the Delhi High Court earlier.
