Lucknow: Congress Party National General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra has once again targeted the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) government over the issue of farmers. He has tweeted that the BJP has claimed the interest of farmers with their black laws and have ruined the condition of sugarcane farmers of Uttar Pradesh. The promise was to pay in 14 days, but the farmers' cane owes 10,000 crores. Sugarcane price has increased zero since 2017 and this year there is no value on sugarcane slip.

It is noteworthy that a maha panchayat was organized on Wednesday 10 February in the Saharanpur district by farmers organizations with the intention of submitting farmers against the new agricultural laws. Priyanka Gandhi, the General Secretary of the Congress Party, had also reached this Mahapanchayat. Taking a dig at PM Modi, he said that PM Modi had said before the election that the arrears of sugarcane will be met with 15000 crore interest, but nothing has been found so far.

While continuing the attack on PM Modi, Priyanka Gandhi said that she bought two ships for herself which are worth 16000 crores and you were not given the cane dues. Priyanka said that in PM Modi's 56-inch chest, the heart beats for the capitalists. PM's heart does not beat for farmers.
