Priyanka Sarkar is one of the gorgeous and talented actresses of the Bengali industry. She always maintains her beauty as well as fitness. According to actress Priyanka Sarkar, right eating is the key element for her fitness routine. The actress like to focus on her diet, she loves to eat the right food and do work out as she didn't like to put on weight.

During an interview, the 'Kabir' actress revealed that she likes to do free-hand and floor exercise with lightweight training. Talking about the diet, the actress said she likes to eat everything but in portions. She includes more protein than carbs in her diet to remain fit.

Talking about her daily fitness routine, Priyanka said she likes to have black coffee in the morning. She further said, "If I am going to the gym I usually like to have a protein shake but if I am at home I will go for a health drink and oatmeal with fruits." She also said that in snacks she like sprouts, fruits and nuts and bananas.  She doesn't like to drink enough water, so to balance it she takes various caffeine-free health drinks.

Talking about the work front, Priyanka has three films in the pipeline which includes Kamaleswar Mukherjee’s ‘Anusandhan’, Rajiv Biswas' film ‘Pratighaat’ and a yet-untitled love story directed by Sujit Mondal. The film 'Anusandhan' also stars Saswata Chatterjee, Churni Ganguly, Paayel Sarkar, Priyanka Sarkar, Riddhi Sen, Joydeep Mukherjee and Priyanka Mondal.
