Director Johny Bakshi has said goodbye to the world. Now he is no longer in this world. According to the information received, he passed away late on 4th September. People love Johny Bakshi immensely and he worked with many Bollywood actors. He was not only the best director but also a better producer. He produced the Rajesh Khanna and Gulshan Grover starrer film Khudai.

Apart from this, Johny has also worked as producer and co-producer in many films including Manzil Manoran, Mera Dost Mera Dushman, Phir Teri Kahani Yaad Aayi and 'Is Raat Ki Subah Nahi'. The last film of Johny Bakshi's career was Kajrare starring Himesh Reshammiya and his film was released in the year 2010. Himesh Reshammiya, Sara Lorraine and Amrita Singh played lead roles in this film. Apart from this, Johny Bakshi was also a part of the Indian Motion Pictures Producers Association (IMPPA). He was one of the active members of this association.

Johny Bakshi was a cinematographer, due to which he named his son Brando after being inspired by famous Hollywood actor Marlon Brando. Johny Bakshi worked as an assistant to Raj Khosla for many years. At present, the Bollywood industry has suffered a major setback with his death.
