PUNE: In a bizzare, that incident took place in Pune where a woman was compelled by her husband and in-laws to take bath naked in front of people. This was reportedly part of a black magic ritual recommended by the local Tantrik Baba to have a male child.
The woman has so far complained about her husband, her in-laws, and Moulana Baba Jamadar, a Tantrik baba. At the Bharti Vidyapeeth Police Station in Pune, a FIR has been filed.
Senior Police Inspector Jagannath Kalaskar of Bharti Vidyapeeth Police station said, "Police have registered a case under sections 498 a, 323, 420, and 504 406 of IPC along with section 3 of Maharashtra Prevention and Eradication of Human Sacrifice and other Inhuman, Evil and Aghori Practices and Black Magic Act, 2013 against four persons."
The official from the Pune Police also informed that, "In her complaint, the victim woman claimed that since 2013, her in-laws have been physically and mentally harassing her for dowry and for failing to have a male child. She also claimed that they have subjected her to numerous black magic rituals as a result.
Following the rituals, the victim woman was taken to Raigad District and asked to take a bath in public while completely naked. Recently, a local Tantrik Baba asked them to force women to bathe in public while completely naked under the waterfall and assured them that doing so would cause them to give birth to male children."
