Amritsar: Punjab cabinet minister Fauja Singh Sarari resigned from his post on Saturday (January 7). Sarari has left his post citing personal reasons. Along with this, he has said that I am a loyal warrior of the party and will always be. Along with this, the possibility of major changes in the Bhagwant Mann cabinet is also being expressed.

Let us tell you that Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Fauja Singh was earlier accused of corruption. Actually, an audio clip of Fauja Singh Sarari went viral on social media. It was claimed that in the viral audio, Sarari was discussing 'planning for extortion' with one of his close friends. Fauja Singh was holding the freedom fighter defense services, welfare food processing, and horticulture departments. However, Fauja Singh Sarari had given a police complaint against the leaked audio clip, dismissing the allegations. Describing the audio clip as fake, the minister termed it as part of a larger conspiracy.

At the same time, there is a possibility of major changes in the Punjab cabinet after Sarari's resignation. It is being told that the portfolios of many ministers of Punjab's Bhagwant Mann government can be changed. Along with this new faces can get opportunities. According to sources, the oath can be administered in a program at the Governor's residence before 5 pm today.
