New Delhi: Delhi CM and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Arvind Kejriwal has said that Punjab Congress has become a circus by disintegrating. He has even described the Punjab Congress leaders as 'Clowns'. Ahead of the proposed Punjab Assembly elections next year, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) is trying to strengthen its ground, under which it is continuously targeting the ruling Congress party.

Addressing a public meeting here, CM Kejriwal said Punjab has a very weak government that cannot provide security and honest governance to the people. He said all congress leaders are fighting among themselves. He said the Punjab Congress has disintegrated into a circus and all its leaders are behaving like a 'clown'. The Punjab Congress has become a circus and all its leaders have become clowns.

Describing the Ludhiana bomb blasts as an election conspiracy, CM Kejriwal said that efforts are being made to spoil the atmosphere of Punjab. He questioned why blasts and sabotages happen every time during the time of elections. He said that during the last assembly elections, there was a bomb blast in Mandi Maur, and sacrilege of Sri Granth Sahib took place in Bargadi, but even after five years, no culprit was punished.
