Hoshiarpur: 6 people gang-raped a woman who came from Jammu to visit the shrine in Hoshiarpur, Punjab. She also had a child. The accused committed a gang-rape incident with the woman threatening to kill the woman in her possession. On the basis of the victim's complaint, Mukerian Police has registered a case against 6 people.

According to the woman, she believed in the lift that was given and sat with the girl in her car. Then accused Mushtaq turned the car towards Hajipur and told that it was a shortcut. Some 5 others went away and sat in his car.
On going some distance, he turned the car towards the fields and picked up the girl and threatened to kill the victim. After this, the victim got scared and then all gang-raped the woman. After committing the crime, the accused escaped leaving him on the way and escaped. The police have registered a case on the victim's statement.
