According to media reports, he said that the central government should immediately accept the demands of the farmers and withdraw the three agricultural laws so that the farmers who have been agitating for the last 50 days can celebrate the festival of Lohri with their families.

He said the credit for the development work of the city goes to the Safai Karamcharis. He also released the calendar of Safai Mazdoor Union on the occasion.
