The Punjab School Education Department has extended the last date for online application for recruitment to the post of pre-primary teacher. All candidates who wish to become government teachers in Punjab now have a big chance. Candidates who have not yet applied for Punjab pre-primary teacher vacancies can apply online. The last date for the online application is 21st April 2021. Earlier, the last date for application was 21st December 2020.

Educational Qualification:
Candidates should have a 12th pass examination certificate or equivalent qualification with at least 45% marks. Candidates should have a minimum diploma course in the nursery teacher education programme or its equivalent. The candidates have passed class X with Punjabi subject.

Age-limit:
Candidates should be 18 to 37 years of age. According to government norms, age will be relaxed for reserved category candidates.

Selection process:
Candidates will be selected on the basis of written test and merit.

General and Other Category- Rs. 1000
SC/ST - Rs. 500

Interested candidates can apply online on the official portal till 21st April 2021. After submitting the online application, candidates can take a printout of the application for future.
