The Ujjain Educators Association on behalf of unaided private CBSE and ICSE schools are flouting the order of Jabalpur High Court and generating stress on parents to recover complete fees rather than tuition fees. In protest, a delegation of the Basic Parents Association (BPA) met the collector Asheesh Singh on Tuesday and sought his quick intervention.

In a statement, the BPA mentioned that they told the collector that the campaign for the recovery of tuition costs by private CBSE and ICSE schools in Ujjain district is becoming carried out by way of UEA by ignoring the order provided by the Madhya Pradesh High Court. The Right to Education is becoming violated by attempting to deprive students of education- if they fail to meet the deadline for filing costs. During the Covid outbreak, lots of parents are reeling below monetary crisis as their salaries have been reduced, earning has been impacted and some have even lost their present jobs.

According to the BPA, charging of on the internet operations by way of offline education also reflects the shortfall in solutions. Many schools by way of their teachers have been pressurizing the students to spend the costs in the course of the study period and failing to which such teachers are becoming produced a weapon of charge collection by deducting their salary by up to 50 percent.
