You can only become a fantastic professional in any fast-paced industry if you fully commit to a growth process and never hesitate to change jobs. Shipra Neeraj is one of those remarkable people who, in addition to exerting great effort to realise their personal goals, also serve as role models for others by being tenacious in their pursuit of success.

Every successful person attains their goal with a roller coaster journey. No one achieves anything quickly in life. Similarly, Shipra Neeraj's journey was also full of ups and downs. She used to own her boutique, Darpan, for 7 years. After the business suffered, Shipra worked with a popular fashion brand, Satya Paul.

Once Shipra was introduced to the QNET world, there was no turning back. Shipra had some incredible jobs and developed into a direct selling guru. She is currently one of the top figures in the direct marketing and QNET industries.

Shipra Neeraj shares her journey in the QNET business: "Challenges in life never end. The only thing that ends is the phase of the challenges. Due to a lack of awareness and legislation, much misinformation exists about the direct selling business. This, in turn, affects the reputation of the companies operating in this sector. Today, QNet is a 24 years old direct selling company with offices in over 50 countries and customers in over 180 countries. But this did not stop QNet from coming under the scanner in India, which led to the company facing a series of legal challenges during my initial days. This resulted in a major media maelstrom of negative publicity around the company and created an atmosphere of distrust."

She adds, "I knew that despite the odds, the company would eventually get through the difficult phase and was fully committed to its network of distributors in India. With that faith, I focused on supporting my team and was supported immensely by my key guys, whom I treat as my extended family. I firmly believe that the challenges QNet went through in India helped me become stronger as a person and leader. My commitment and hard work paid off, and today I have  fast growing team with thousands of people spreads India, Dubai, Nepal, the UK and Thailand."
