Actor R Madhavan, who made a place in everyone's hearts with his performance, maybe less visible in films now but he holds a special place in people's hearts. The actor was recently spotted on the YouTube channel Curly Tales. Here he spoke many things about his childhood. In the meantime, he said that he had a full-fledged job and the family wanted him to choose the same path. Madhavan, however, broke this tradition of job and chose to adopt it in acting.

Madhavan said the actor's father was very upset with his move. Talking to the channel, Madhavan said, "The scene from the film 3 idiots is from my life. My dad and mom wanted me to be back to Engineer and work for the TATA's and settle down there (Jamshedpur). But I already knew that I couldn't spend a routine life in Jamshedpur, doing the same thing for 30 years, which my father did so easily. They were upset, but my father was crying. And I remember what he said, 'I wonder what I have done wrong with you.'

R Madhavan has spent many years of his life in Jamshedpur and after that, he thought of moving out to make a career. He got a break in films from Mani Ratnam's film 'Alaipayuthey'. He is quite popular not only in South cinema but also among Hindi audiences. Madhavan got immense fame from the film Rehna Hai Tere Dil Mein and today he is the favourite of millions of people.
