Today is the death anniversary of bollywood legend Raaj Kumar. Veteran actor Raaj Kumar has always been known for his different style in Bollywood. Whether it was his style of lightening a cigar or the way he spoke the dialogue, everything Raaj Kumar said impressed everyone a lot. Hindi cinema actor Raaj Kumar was born in Balochistan on October 8, 1926. He was a Kashmiri Pandit. Raaj Kumar had made a special place in the hearts of fans with his performancein many of Bollywood's best movies. Raaj Kumar's style of saying dialogues in films was also very different. At the same time, the dialogues of his films are very popular till date.

Raaj Kumar came to Bombay in 1940 and started working as a sub-inspector in the police here. The police station where Raaj Kumar was working in Mumbai was frequented by people from the world of cinema. Once, filmmaker Baldev Dubey had come to the police station for some essential work.

He was very impressed with Raaj Kumar's way of talking and offered Raaj Kumar to work in his movie which Raaj Kumar immediately accepted and resigned from his job and started doing the film. Once on a trip, Raaj Kumar met Jennifer, a flight attendant. Raaj Kumar later married Jennifer who changed her name to 'Gayatri'.
