B- Town megastar Salman Khan‘s Eid  release ' Race 3' turned out to be a huge hit despite the mixed reviews from the critics as well as the audience.

 Salman who joined the Race franchise ' Race 3’ this year is being acclaimed by his fans.

The action packed flick which  is directed by Remo D'Souza and also stars Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol, Jacqueline Fernandez, Daisy Shah and Saqib Saleem in pivotal roles,  managed to rake in an amazing figure of Rs 138.69 crore in just a week.

Now the movie has made record of the twelfth highest first-week grossing film according to BoxOfficeIndia.com.

The movie garnered with some foot-tapping songs like 'Heeriye' and 'Party Chale On' and 'Selfish' which has been  written by Salman himself, has proved 'Race 3' a complete entertainer.

Daisy Shah, who is featured as a pivotal role in 'Race 3' shared her experiences on the movie as saying, "We are very thankful for the audience that they are giving a good response to our film's trailer and songs, so it feels nice. The only name 'Race' is matching with the earlier parts of this franchise, but other than that, everything is different," Shah was quoted by TOI as saying.
