Meanwhile, Radhika also felt pain remembering the days when she was suggested to 'work on the body' early in her career. Radhika Apte has said about this that initially there was pressure on me. When I was new in the industry, I was asked to get some work done on my body. In the first meeting, it was said that I should get my nose surgery done. In the second meeting, I was also told to undergo breast surgery.

Radhika Apte has further said that, 'Then it continued. Sometimes I was told to have surgery on my legs and sometimes jaws. It took me 30 years to get my hair colored. I will never even get injections. I got angry at all these things but because of them I fell in love with my body even more. Talking about the work front, Radhika, who made her acting debut in the year 2005 with the film 'Wah Life Ho To Aisi', worked in Tamil, Telugu, Bengali and Marathi movies apart from Bollywood. Now she will soon be seen in the movie 'Forensic' opposite actor Vikrant Massey. The film is a Hindi remake of the 2020 Malayalam film of the same name.
