Radish is mostly used as a salad. Its parathas are also very tasty. But do you know that radish is also beneficial for our health, even in Ayurveda, radish is considered very important, there are plenty of medicinal properties in it. It actually helps to cleanse liver and stomach so they detoxify easily .Radish and its leaves have been used for the longest time to treat jaundice because it can reduces excess bilirubin which causes the deadly disease. 

1- Radish intake for skin is very beneficial. Its consumption is clean and beautiful. If your skin has itching problem then apply radish paste to itchy place to get rid of it, wash it with water after half an hour. By doing so it will get relief from the itching.

2- There are abundant amounts of Folic Acid, Vitamin C and Anthokinin in the radish, which work to protect the cancer from the dangerous disease. Its consumption is protected from oral, stomach, intestine and kidney cancer.

3- Due to the abundance of glucosemic indices in radish. By consuming it, diabetes can get rid of soon.
