New Delhi: Former Congress national president Rahul Gandhi on Monday suddenly reached Nepal. According to information, Rahul Gandhi had left for Kathmandu on Monday evening. It is being told that he has gone to Nepal to attend a marriage ceremony. Speculation in the political corridors had intensified after Rahul Gandhi's sudden departure to Kathmandu.

However, it was later clarified that it was a personal visit of Congress leader Rahul Gandhi. He is staying at the Marriott Hotel in Kathmandu. Let us know that Rahul Gandhi had taken a flight to Nepal on a Vistara Iyer flight at 4.30 pm on Monday. It is being told that  Rahul Gandhi will be in Nepal for 5 days. Congress MP Rahul Gandhi from Kerala's Wayanad Lok Sabha seat will be on a visit to Telangana on May 6 and 7 after returning from Nepal. During this time, Rahul Gandhi is also scheduled to visit Osmania University in Hyderabad, which has been the centre of the movement of a separate state. At the same time, Telangana Congress is preparing for a grand meeting of Rahul Gandhi with about 5 lakh supporters in Warangal. 

Osmania University officials have reportedly denied permission, saying political meetings are not allowed on the campus. However, the Telangana Congress is constantly trying to take Rahul Gandhi to the university campus.
