New Delhi: India is one of the countries in the world, which is currently working on preparing a vaccine for the coronavirus. Former Congress president Rahul Gandhi tweeted on Friday morning and urged the central government to devise a right strategy for this. Rahul has said that the government should work on the use of this vaccine, its distribution system.
Rahul Gandhi, MP from Wayanad Lok Sabha seat of Kerala, wrote in his tweet that "India will be one of the countries producing the Coronavirus vaccine, so a correct strategy is needed. So that work can be done on the availability, price and distribution of the vaccine. The Government of India should work on it immediately. At present, a trial of coronavirus vaccine is going on at 12 centres under Bharat Biotech. In some places, the first phase has been completed and the second phase will start from the first week of September. India is one of the countries that is moving fast towards crossing the stage of human trials".
Serum Institute India is working on making large quantities of vaccine doses. Recently it was claimed that by the time the vaccine is made 100 million doses of it will be prepared, along with its price will be kept very low so that every person can get its benefit.
