A private message was sent by Rahul Gandhi to Congress workers from about 15 states, which instilled enthusiasm among Congress workers. As a result, an army of 20,000 workers gathered in 1586 assemblies in about 357 districts.
The Congress has directed all its offices, workers to stop all political programs and start helping people on their own. In view of the latest situation in Assam, the party has also directed all candidates, leaders to provide assistance to the people at the earliest.
