Storm moving at 185 kmph: Where it has been revealed that Hurricane Rai is moving at a rapid pace of 185 kmph in the Philippines. The disaster management team has asked all the ships to be kept at the port and has asked them not to go towards the sea in any way. Several areas on high alert: According to reports, emergency preparations have been completed in 8 parts of the Philippines. A high alert has been sounded in all these areas. These 8 areas are located in the central and south groups of the Islands of Visaya and Mindanao.
