Many projects nationwide have stalled due to the lockdown. Due to the corona, the railway's dedicated freight corridor and bullet train project is constantly getting delayed. The deadline for both projects is not over yet. Railway Board Chairman VK Yadav said in his statement that many infrastructure projects are facing delays in the Corona era. The economic problem and shortage of laborers is the reason for this condition.

The huge project worth Rs 81,000 crore is to be completed by the Railways at the earliest so that the project can be finished in any way. The project is to establish 1,839 km Eastern and Dedicated Freight Corridor 1,483 km Western. According to the new figures, work on 50 to 60 percent of the Western DFC and Eastern DFC has been completed. The same, DFCCIL believes that 99 percent of the land is to be acquired for the project.

Yadav said in an interview that, 'DFCCIL has allowed its laborers to set up camps at their place of work. So that the best construction can be done. Also, special facilities are being provided to the workers. The advantage of this step is that workers continued to work even after the corona infection spread. Do not slow down the pace of work in any stream. I hope that there will be no delay in the project. Yadav said that the process of tender and land acquisition is going on regarding the bullet train.
