New Delhi: People have got relief from scorching heat due to rains in most areas of North India including the national capital Delhi. In many states including Delhi, UP, Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, the maximum temperature was recorded below normal according to this season. According to the Meteorological Department, due to favorable conditions, the south-west monsoon is moving forward.

The temperature has dropped significantly due to rain, 28 degree temperature was recorded at around 11 am. According to the Meteorological Department, rain is expected to continue in Delhi-NCR with dusty thunderstorms at a speed of 50-60 kmph today. According to the meteorological forecast, the weather is expected to remain the same for the next few days in Delhi-NCR.
