Anand Shankar has said that since September 19, the state has been alerting the weather to be bad. Due to rain and waterlogging, educational institutions of various districts including Patna have been instructed to be closed till Tuesday. According to Patna Meteorological Center, 174.94 mm in Purnia, 92.80 mm in Bhagalpur and 20.60 mm in Gaya have been recorded during the last 24 hours.
