Mumbai: While rebel Shiv Sena leader Eknath Shinde has become the CM of Maharashtra with the support of the BJP, former state CM Devendra Fadnavis has been appointed as the new Deputy CM. When Devendra Fadnavis becomes the deputy CM, the opposition is attacking him and is taunting him that he has been demoted. Meanwhile, Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) chief Raj Thackeray congratulated Devendra Fadnavis on becoming the deputy CM, saying that the strings of the bow are pulled back to achieve a perfect goal.
He praised Devendra Fadnavis, saying he has accepted the party's directive and has agreed to become the deputy chief minister. Raj Thackeray says Devendra Fadnavis has been made deputy CM to achieve a goal. Raj Thackeray shared his message through a tweet and wished deputy CM Devendra Fadnavis the very best.
Raj Thackeray wished Fadnavis all the best and wrote, "I will not say much on the appointment of your deputy CM whether it is a promotion or a demotion. I would only say that if a target is moved, the string of the bow is drawn backwards before that so that the target can be pierced. It should not be considered a demotion.''
