Bhopal: Congress leader Raja Pateria, who is in trouble for making controversial remarks against PM Narendra Modi, is being harassed. Madhya Pradesh Leader of Opposition Dr. Govind Singh has made this allegation. Govind Singh said that our party friends have told that Raja Patria, who is in jail, is being tortured. Raja Patria is locked up with hardened criminals and the criminals harass him throughout the night, not letting him sleep. 

Govind Singh alleged that all this is happening at the behest of the government. They have been given dirty blankets and sheets, due to which they are unable to sleep through the night. Let us tell you that Raja Patria has been arrested from his house in Hata tehsil last Tuesday on charges of making controversial remarks about Prime Minister Modi. After his arrest, he was produced in the local court of Sagar, from where he was sent to jail for 14 days of judicial custody. 

A video of Raja Patria had surfaced. In which he was addressing the people saying that he had asked to be ready to kill Modi to save the constitution of the country. As soon as this video of Raja Patria surfaced, an uproar started over it. In the midst of the controversy, Raja Patria clarified that he had talked about defeating Modi in the elections, but his statement was misunderstood. A case has been registered against Raja Patria in 6 sections but later sections 115 and 117 were also added to it. Party President Kamal Nath is also said to be angry with Raja Pateria's statement and he has also issued a show-cause notice to Pateria. It is being said that the sword of expulsion from Congress is also hanging on Raja Patria.
