Jaipur: A man who reached Susral to pick up his wife in the Dholpur district of Rajasthan committed suicide by hanging himself after a dispute there. The case pertains to Moroli village under the Kotwali police station area, where a youth named Munesh died in his in-laws' house. There was an uproar in the family of the deceased after the incident. The police have taken the body into custody and sent it to the district hospital for post-mortem. In this case, on Sunday, the family members of the deceased have filed a case of murder against the in-laws.
The deceased's brothers Vijaypal Singh and Bharat Singh said that his younger brother Munesh's wife had been living in her house in Moroli village for the past two months. On Saturday, Munesh had gone to his in-laws' house to bring his wife back. Munesh asked his wife to go with him, but she refused, after which Munesh started taking his child with him, but Munesh's wife started assaulting him. After the assault from both sides, the wife started threatening to file a case at kotwali police station.
After this, Munesh hanged himself in his in-laws' house, he was admitted to the district hospital when he was in a critical condition, but died during treatment. The death of the young man spread grief among the family members. Bhagirath Singh, the investigating officer of the case, said that the family of the deceased has lodged a complaint that his son has been hanged to death. The matter is under investigation and action will be taken accordingly.
