Lucknow: In Mainpuri district of Uttar Pradesh, a nephew killed his relationship for a few yards of land. He killed his uncle with a shovel for the property. The police has registered a case against the father's killer on the complaint of the son. For a plot of a few yards, the nephew was so bloodied that he killed the uncle who was giving water in the field with a shovel and killed him. Police has sent the body for postmortem. The son has filed a case of murder of his father.
Kishori Lal, 50, Gayaprasad Prajapati, a resident of Nagla Pajaba, had sown a cucumber crop in his field. Gayaprasad was giving water to the field at around 8:30 on Sunday night. Meanwhile, his nephew Ajay alias Dalu's son Dhaniram stabbed him with a shovel. Gayaprasad, who was badly bleeding, was taken by the family to the district hospital. Where the doctors declared him dead.
On the complaint of son Ramkumar, the Kotwali police has registered a case against Ajay under the sections of murder. Ramkumar has given a complaint to the police that his father Gayaprasad had four brothers and all lived separately. Ramkumar told that my family is having a dispute with the sons of my uncle Dhaniram regarding the property. Superintendent of Police Ashok Kumar Rai said that the accused is absconding. He will be arrested soon.
