Jaipur: New Year celebrations have been put on hold in Delhi-NCR, Haryana and Uttar Pradesh due to the panic of the third wave of Corona. But the Congress government of Rajasthan seems to be careless about the possibility of an epidemic. More than 5 lakh tourists have reached here in December. In the last five days, 60 thousand tourists have reached Jaipur. Despite the increasing cases of corona and dengue, the Rajasthan government has announced a relaxation instead of banning the celebration of the new year.

To celebrate the New Year, there will be a relaxation of two hours in the night curfew and people will be able to celebrate the new year till 1 pm. The compulsory vaccination has also been kept after the new year. After the New Year, only those who put both doses of the vaccine in colleges, cinemas and hotels will get admission, before that on New Year's night everyone will be able to move freely anywhere. In Rajasthan, the first dose of 52 lakh people is left and the second dose of one crore 18 lakh people is left.

131 new cases of corona have been registered in Rajasthan in the last 24 hours. Cases have been found on Wednesday in 14 districts including Jaipur, Bikaner, Ajmer, Udaipur. This has happened on Wednesday after June 30 in Rajasthan, when the number of corona patients has crossed 100. Due to the increasing cases, the number of active cases in the state increased to 537. But even after this, the Rajasthan government is not imposing any restrictions like showing negative reports of corona or vaccination certificates on New Year.
