Jaipur: Coronavirus is spreading very fast in Rajasthan. As of 9 am on Tuesday, 1390 cases have been registered in the state in the last 48 hours. After receiving 632 cases on Sunday and 524 on Monday, 234 more new corona patients have appeared in the state-level report that came at 9 am on Tuesday.

While 4 more deaths have been recorded from Corona in the last 12 hours till 9 am on Tuesday. So far 465 people have lost their lives in the state from Corona. For the first time, the number of active cases of corona has also crossed 4 thousand. Now there are 4137 active cases in the state. The highest number of 57 new positive cases have been reported in Jodhpur on Tuesday morning. Sumerpur MLA and director of NIMS have also been found to be corona infected.

CM Ashok Gehlot has instructed to focus on plasma therapy to prevent the spread of corona in the state and to curb deaths. CM Gehlot has also asked to set up a special camp for plasma donation. CM Gehlot gave these instructions in the review meeting held on Monday at the CMR regarding Corona. He has also instructed people to explain and take strict action against the violation of the health protocol made for the corona infection in the state.
