Jaipur: The Rajasthan government has been alerted in view of the threat of the worldwide coronavirus epidemic. The New Year's Eve programmes are prone to infection. The Ashok Gehlot Government of the state, while banning these programmes, has decided to enforce night curfew from 31st December to one January in which the population of the state is more than one lakh.

As per the order of the State Government, the night curfew will be applicable till 6 pm on 31st December at 8 pm. According to the government's decision, night curfew will be enforced in whichever city has a population of more than one lakh. The government's decision will effective night curfew in the cities of Jodhpur, Kota, Udaipur, Ajmer, Bikaner, Bhilwara, Nagaur, Pali, Tonk etc., including the capital Jaipur.

In many major tourist cities of Rajasthan, a large number of people come to celebrate the New Year. The possibility of the outbreak of corona infection has increased. In many hotels, people have already booked, but the booking of hotels may be cancelled due to the decision of the government.
